With our International orders, we offer free shipping with all online purchases over $300.
Refund Policy
We want you to LOVE our products, so if you are unhappy with your selection, please let us know within 2 weeks of purchase. We are happy to help assist you in choosing another product that may be more aligned with your senses and do an exchange. If you are in need of a refund, we will issue you a gift credit you can use or pass along to a friend.

Are your products cruelty-free, vegan, eco-friendly, and non-GMO?
Yes, all of our products are cruelty-free. We believe fully that the products we make and ingredients we use should never, and need not, cause harm to people, animals, or the environment in the process of creating them.
Why We Use Crystals
We add small pieces of various crystals to each bottle to enhance specific qualities of the products. Each crystal carries certain properties (e.g., carnelian bolsters courage and creativity, quartz increases clarity), and these properties are intended to amplify the qualities of the specific Pure Mana product we’ve paired with each crystal.
The crystal pieces in the bottles also help to blend the oils. In our directions, we always instruct to “Shake to blend and activate before using” because our products are pure botanical blends that do not contain stabilizers.
What is “Refill, reuse, Reduce Rubbish”?
On the Big Island’s southeastern side, we have the dirtiest beach in the world, Kamilo Beach. It is a graveyard for the world’s junk, as it receives tens of thousands of pounds of man-made trash every year. Man-made debris kills marine life. Trash doesn’t vanish; it just goes into the earth or the waters and then washes up elsewhere or – worse yet – forms massive spiraling trash gyres, such as the “Great Pacific Trash Patch.”
We believe that small changes can make a big difference. In an effort to reduce waste, we have developed an attractive refill program for our customers who share our environmental conservation values. We have established a refill station at “Mahina Mele Market” in Kainaliu. Here you can bring your existing precious Pure Mana bottles and refill with your favorite products. Hopefully soon we will have refilling stations available on the outer islands.
For all of our mainland and off-island customers, we have product vials with less biodegradable packaging for you to refill your existing bottles at home. Our objective is to best meet our customers’ needs as we create a Refill Revolution.
